The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) has announced temporary lane restrictions for both north and southbound lanes on the Clark Memorial Bridge/Second Street Bridge for traffic detector installation.The detectors provide specific information for each lane that includes volume and speed. The one day restrictions are scheduled for tomorrow (November 2) between 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Motorists may encounter minimal delays.
